A Silver Alert was issued late Saturday for a missing Broken Arrow man.

Authorities said David Colley, 59, was last seen around 3 p.m. Saturday wearing sweatpants, sweatshirt, house slippers and black round eye glasses.

The Broken Arrow Police Department said Colley walks with a limp and has balance issues since he had brain surgery last year.
