Tulsa Public Schools Board of Education To Vote On Several Contracts At Monthly Meeting

The Tulsa Public Schools Board of Education is scheduled to hold its bimonthly meeting on Monday. The board could vote on several routine items, including the creation of new job titles and school improvement projects.

A contract will be presented to waterproof the auditorium of Edison Preparatory High School. The board agenda indicates this will cost nearly $98,000.

HVAC improvements to Disney and Lewis and Clark Elementary, and Thoreau Demonstration Academy are a part of another contract that could be voted on. This is estimated to cost just under $9 million.

Other HVAC improvements at Anderson and Robertson Elementary and Tisdale Fine Arts Academy are expected to cost nearly $1.3 million. The district could also vote on different support programs benefitting students and staff.
