The City of Tulsa believes two big projects will help create jobs and build wealth for black families.

The project closest to Greenwood is the BMX site and then further north is the Peoria-Mohawk Business Park on 36th Street North. City officials say they see rapid transit as key to moving people between housing and jobs in those areas.
