Tulsa police arrested a man who they said to steal a trailer from the Tulsa Fairgrounds before leading officers on a chase to the TU campus.

Authorities said someone called 911 just before 7 p.m. Friday saying a man, later identified as Jimmy Jenkins, was trying to steal a camper trailer.
