Tulsa Police said one man has been shot and is in surgery after a shooting at a Tulsa apartment complex Tuesday morning.
Police said they are still searching for the suspect in this shooting.
Police said that Robert Abraham, was shot twice at the Comanche Park Apartments near 36th Street North and Peoria. Officers were called to the shooting around 7:30 a.m. Tuesday.
Witnesses say Abraham approached workers at the complex and threatened to shoot them. The workers then told officers that another person came out of his apartment with a gun, where he and Abraham exchanged words before Abraham was shot.
Officers said the shooter ran out of the complex and Abraham was taken to the hospital and is undergoing surgery.
Officers said there were several people at the scene and police need information to piece together what happened in both cases.
"What actually went down. There's always going to be some different stories, but we'd like to identify the parties involved in this," Officer Danny Bean said. "The way to do that is to help us out, is to call and especially Crimestoppers where you can remain completely anonymous."
Anyone with information about the suspected shooter or the shooting itself is asked to call Tulsa Crime Stoppers at 918-596-COPS. You can remain anonymous when calling.
