Man In Custody Accused Of Murder For Shooting Outside Tulsa Grocery Store

The 21-year-old man accused of a deadly shooting last weekend outside a Tulsa grocery store is in custody.

Arrest records show that suspect Bryan Franklin Trimble, 21, was arrested by the Tulsa County Sheriff's Office and booked at 11:36 p.m. on Friday.

Franklin is accused of shooting and killing Jose Gomez Ramos, 20, in the Aldi's parking lot at E. 21st St. and S. 129th E. Ave. around 3:30 a.m. on July 28.

Tulsa Police identified him as a suspect on Aug. 2 and filed a murder charge against him.

TPD said he is from Wagoner, Oklahoma. It's still unclear what led to the shooting.
