Tulsa Police Arrest Couple Accused Of Kidnapping Woman

Tulsa Police arrested a couple they say held a woman against her will for three days and beat her.

Officers say Keion Biagas and Nicole Jeffrey invited Biagas's ex-girlfriend to live with them.

They said when the victim got there, Biagas beat her with a baseball bat, sexually assaulted her, punched her, and tried to stick a gun in her mouth.

Police say the couple would lock the victim inside by screwing the door closed and watched her through a surveillance camera.

They say the victim was finally able to escape by flagging down a neighbor through a window who called 911.

Biagas and Jeffrey are now charged with assault and kidnapping.
