A 36-year-old man is dead following a crash late Friday night near Muskogee.

The Oklahoma Highway Patrol said Christopher Garcia died at the scene on Elm Grove Road around 10:45 p.m.

OHP said Garcia was driving west on Elm when he swerved, went offroad and rolled his vehicle over.

Garcia was not wearing a seat belt, according to the OHP report.

The cause of the crash is being investigated.
