One witness testified they saw Good and Jones get into a fight the day of the shooting at Jones’ home. They said during the fight Jones threw the first punch. The witness testified Good then pulled out a handgun and shot Jones.

Police arrested Good 10 days after the murder after investigators said they got a tip about her whereabouts.

Officers said Good had a gun and bulletproof vest with her when she was arrested.

Good's attorneys said Jones’ death was self-defense.

The jury is expected to hear from the medical examiner Wednesday.
