Residents in Copan, Oklahoma, need to boil their water because of an equipment failure at the water treatment plant.

Washington County Emergency Management recommends water be brought to a full boil for at least one minute before being used for drinking, cooking, or washing dishes.

They said crews are working on the problem and things should be back to normal soon.
