The Bixby Rotary Club, Hillcrest Hospital South, Scissortail Wealth Management, and Andy B’s Bowl Social welcome the 24th annual Bixby BBQ and Blues festival, Thursday, Friday and Saturday, May 16th, 17th, and 18th to Washington Irving Park just north of the Arkansas River on south Memorial Drive in Bixby, Oklahoma. The Bixby BBQ and Blues festival is a 3-day family friendly event. Several vendors will be displaying and selling their goods and services. A kid’s zone will feature slides, pony rides, entertainment and inflatables. In addition to the BBQ, there will be a food court with vendors selling BBQ, hot dogs, kettle corn, pineapple whip, cotton candy, beer, soft drinks and so much more. And new to the festival this year - CARNIVAL RIDES! The music venue this year features several great bands. MidLife Crisis kicks off the festival at 7:00PM on Thursday. Friday’s entertainment starts with Jake and the Idols at 6:00PM and Buddy Whittington at 8:00PM. And be there Saturday at 1:00PM for Dave Daniels, 3:00PM for Bad Decisions, 5:00PM is Big Train and the Locomotives, 7:00PM is Erin Coburn and ending the day at 9:00PM is Paul Benjaman Band.
